Guide: How To Stay On Twitter (Reporting 101)

There's a network of accounts getting you suspended through coordinated reporting (platform manipulation). Fight back and get them suspended in retvrn to prolong your stay on Twitter.

Elon Musk bought Twitter, so you decided to try retvrning, either before or after the transaction. But you got suspended! We’ve all been there, for some of us, it’s nothing new really.

It’s a simple problem, it’s a mathematical problem, there’s a network of accounts that engage in platform manipulation through coordinated reporting in various group chats. By getting them suspended you reduce their combined reporting power against you, and decrease the likelihood of being kept off the platform at least for awhile. It’s all you’ve got until Musk gives us a voice.

Part of the reason this is how it is now is because suspended accounts can no longer use the report function, meaning reporting is simply a war of attrition, or a numbers game.

Tweets like these are generally reportable (Wishing Harm), any that also mention (@) another account increase the likelihood of a violation being found, direct threats (“I will kill you”) are the worst violations (Threatening Violence) and will likely lead to a permanent suspension. Again especially if another account is directly mentioned (Someone Else).

The idea is to stack as many reports as possible on violations.

Querying accounts or in other words searching Twitter for keywords, is the most expedient method of finding violations, if going after specific accounts search: “keyword from:username”

• destroy/destroyed/destroying

• hit/hitting

• kick/kicked/kicking

• kill/killed/killing

• genocide

• homicide

• murder/murdered/murdering

• shot/shoot/shooting

• smack

• smoked

• stab/stabbed/stabbing

• etc

Sexual harassment is another sub-category which applies to aggressive language/rhetoric, gender identity can sometimes trip up Twitter’s algorithm(s), so be creative in some instances.

More vague Tweets can also be reported especially if they are “abusive,” or berate another account/person, or engage in targeted harassment (calling for action and/or incitement).

Threatening to release private information is also reportable.

Posting fake Tweets like impersonating accounts is reportable, which is an ongoing trend from some of these accounts, who are also involved in advertiser pressure campaigns against Twitter.

As an example to find accounts to report that are getting you suspended look at this keyword. Quite a few of these accounts are involved in reporting.

Ranch dressing strikes again. Many such cases.

When you see verified accounts post about accounts retvrning (evading suspension), check the likes/retweets you’ll more than likely find accounts that engage in coordinated reporting.

Check following/followers for additional accounts but be sure to check to see if they’re actually reporting you, other people, or along those lines.

Many of these accounts are reporters, but they may not be the ones reporting YOU, be sure to seek out exactly which accounts are reporting you.

Note: some of these accounts bait/harass people to get them suspended, do NOT do this, to be clear you should only use this as a guide to beat these reporting accounts at their own game. Find violations and report them basically. Follow the Twitter Rules.

If you try to retvrn to Twitter, consider making a lowkey account instead, and doing this first for awhile. Like torque every little bit counts.
